During my coaching sessions with Kristy, I discovered that change in behavior and feelings is possible. If you believe in your new beliefs, it can consciously affect you positively.
Through our coaching sessions I discovered that self-compassion is very important, and I learned to accept that I’m also allowed to make mistakes and have imperfections too.
Kristy is pleasant as a coach, together we discussed which goals I want to achieve and how I’m going to accomplish this. The action points that I worked on allowed me to reach and achieve my goals.
