Step 1: Have a clear goal and set your intention
First of all, you need to have a clear goal.
Think about what you really want or what you really want to achieve.
For example, find your dream career or business.
Then try make this as specific as possible, so think about what type of company you would like to work for, in which location, what exactly you will you be doing and so on.
Also try to imagine how you will feel once you have achieved this goal. Because in the end we all want to achieve certain things because of how they will make us feel once we have accomplished them.
In order to help you do this you can for example make a vision board with pictures and quotes of how you imagine your future job to feel and look like.
Pinning things to your vision board can help make the goal feel more tangible. It can be a visual reminder of your goals, which can motivate you.
You can also do a visualization meditation in order to make your goals come alive and more concrete. You should spend some time every day looking at your vision board or visualizing your goals and how you’re going to achieve them. You can for example do a visualization meditation every night before you go to bed or every morning before you get up and start your day.
The above step is called setting your intention. Another great way to setting your intention is journaling. You can journal about your future self and life. What does your future life look like? Where are you? Who are you with? What are you doing? Try to be as specific as possible and journal about the perfect working day in your future life.
You can compare setting a clear goal and intention to putting the navigation on in your car.
If you for example need to travel to a hotel in Barcelona and you have the exact address of your hotel, then you will get there much faster instead of putting the city Barcelona in your navigation and then looking for the hotel once you get there. Then it will take much longer for you to get to your hotel. Therefore, it’s important to be crystal clear on what you want to achieve so that you can get there faster.
When you are clear on your intention you need to ask the universe for what you want, so say it out loud and write it down on paper.
Step 2: Practice gratitude
The next step is to practise gratitude by being thankful for what you receive no matter how big or small. You can do this by starting to write in a gratitude journal. If you want to know more about how to practice gratitude, then you can listen to my previous podcast (episode 17) where I explain practising gratitude in more detail.
You can start practising gratitude by writing down anything that has happened in your life recently that had brought you closer to whatever you’re trying to manifest. Maybe you have come across a person who is doing a job that you are interested in or maybe you stumble across a podcast about a specific topic that you want to know more about.
Gratitude will help shift your mindset from "lack" to "abundance", which means that you will choose to focus your energy on everything you have as opposed to what you don’t have. When you start to make this shift in your head you will start to attract more abundance into your life according to the Law of Attraction.
Step 3: Master your mindset
The third step that you need to take to manifest your dream career or business is master your mindset. You do this by letting go of any resistance and limiting beliefs that you may have about yourself and your ability of reaching your goal.
Mindset work is also a big part of what I teach my clients during my coaching program.
You need to remove the obstacles and limiting-beliefs that can get in the way of what you want.
This includes fears, doubts and limiting beliefs.
Try to overcome your limiting beliefs and ensure your mindset is in alignment with your goals. If you want something, but deep down you don't believe you’re worthy of it, you will push that goal further away.
You must try to reset how you feel and think about yourself because we manifest not from our thoughts, but from our beliefs about what we are worthy of which means that self-love is the driving force behind manifesting. To attract anything into your life, you must first believe you are worthy of having it.
This does not mean that you need to be positive all the time about your goals and push negative emotions away. This is known as toxic positivity which is not helpful at all. Instead allow yourself to feel and process all emotions.
Instead of telling yourself “I’m not good enough, I’m not worthy enough, I’m not smart enough, I’m not enough,” you need to create new affirmations and believe whatever you want to achieve is possible for you.
Therefore, you need to change the negative voice inside your head. This does not happen overnight and yes this does takes practice.
Step 4: Raise your vibration
You have probably heard the saying before that “Energy is everything and everything is energy”. The energy we put out into the world is the energy we get back. If you are constantly sending out negative energy through either your thoughts or feelings, you will attract that same energy back to you. Therefore, it’s important to work on your mindset, raise your vibration and focus on the positive in your life.
Like I said before this does not mean that you need to push your negative emotions away. You need to deal with whatever life throws and you and work through your challenges in a healthy way. But no matter how difficult your situation may be, there is always something to be grateful for. You can always choose to focus on the positive in your life.
No matter how small or insignificant this may seem.
Energy flows where your attention goes and what you put energy into expands.
if you are able to shift your energy and raise your vibration, you'll also attract more positivity, the right people and situations which will help you realize your goals.
So how do we raise our vibration?
You can do this by practicing yoga, meditating, exercising, eating healthy, surrounding yourself with positive and inspiring people, getting enough sleep, listening to self-development podcasts, journaling, and practicing gratitude.
Step 5: Remain patient
Reaching your goals doesn’t happen overnight. Whatever you want is not miraculously going to fall into your lap. Something great is not going to come easily. Your dedication will be tested. There will be setbacks and it can take some time to get to where you want to be. Patience and perseverance will help you get through these challenging times.
Just because you have testing days, it doesn’t mean that everything will go down the drain. Those times when you feel that progress has stopped, you must dust yourself off, get back on track and never give up. You might fail the first few times when trying something new. You might get rejected during your first few job interviews and you might mess up. That’s totally normal. In these times you need to readjust you plan and try again. As long as you keep going and keep moving forward. Life will keep on testing you and you need to prove that you really do want to reach your goal.
Step 6: Take action
The last step to manifesting your dream career or business is take inspired action.
One of the biggest misconceptions surrounding manifesting is that people believe that it’s a passive process or that visualising one’s dreams is enough to see change. This is not true. Instead, you need to do whatever you can in order to move closer to your goal by taking action.
You need to set aside some time to think about what steps you can take to reach your goals yourself. Therefore, you need to figure out what exactly you are good at and what you are passionate about.

Once you know what you want to do you need to go out and plan coffee dates with people who are already in that job and find out who can help you get that job. You need to start networking.
